Remuneration
Remuneration is made up of a basic salary corresponding to the post and professional experience, plus an allowance for geographic location; in addition there is a variable bonus available annually on the basis of individual performance (awarded in variable proportions depending on category).
Each year, remuneration can evolve to reflect individual or collective salary increases; it may also evolve to reflect promotions.
