Intra-company training (turnkey)
Combining the expertise of the faculty with recognised expertise in the field of pedagogical engineering, the group’s schools are in a position to provide relevant solutions to specific training needs expressed by businesses. So, for example, they can provide training support for major technological changes, industrial redeployment or internal promotion within the company.
These internal training courses fully incorporate the wishes and constraints of the company both in terms of teaching content and methods and in terms of training dates and locations. In this way, it is possible to fully tailor training to the public concerned and, consequently, to ensure its effectiveness. Customised solutions can therefore be found for training needs using programs lasting from a few days to several months.
